Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Business Head for the Battery Division in the Automobile sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Profit & Loss (P&L) for our Gurgaon location, driving new sales initiatives, and enhancing aftersales services in the Automobile Battery business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Battery Division business.
- Profit & Loss Management:
- Take ownership of the Profit & Loss statement for the Gurgaon location, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive new business in the Automobile Battery sector.
- Aftersales Services:
- Enhance and optimize aftersales services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer-centric solutions.
- Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the sales and aftersales services teams.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience of 15 – 25 years in Sales & Marketing, with a focus on the Automobile Battery sector.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent understanding of P&L management.
- In-depth knowledge of the Automotive Battery industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
