Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Business Head for the Battery Division in the Automobile sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Profit & Loss (P&L) for our Gurgaon location, driving new sales initiatives, and enhancing aftersales services in the Automobile Battery business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:
   • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Battery Division business.
2. Profit & Loss Management:
   • Take ownership of the Profit & Loss statement for the Gurgaon location, ensuring financial objectives are met.
3. Sales and Marketing:
   • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive new business in the Automobile Battery sector.
4. Aftersales Services:
   • Enhance and optimize aftersales services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Market Analysis:
   • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer-centric solutions.
7. Team Management:
   • Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the sales and aftersales services teams.
8. Customer Relationship Management:
   • Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience of 15 – 25 years in Sales & Marketing, with a focus on the Automobile Battery sector.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent understanding of P&L management.
• In-depth knowledge of the Automotive Battery industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
