Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth: Identify, prospect, and secure new clients, driving revenue generation through the development of tailored business development strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to understand their recruitment needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and achieving targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and new market opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and follow up on qualified leads from various sources, including cold calls, networking events, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure that clients’ needs are being met effectively and efficiently.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on business development progress, sales performance, and forecasts to the senior leadership team.
