Candidate Background and Expectations:

• Sales Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in direct sales or agency sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Marketing Knowledge:
  • The Branch Manager should possess marketing knowledge and have plans to execute effective marketing strategies.
• Customer Interaction:
  • Strong customer interaction and customer service skills are essential for this role.

Job Description:

• Goal Setting:
  • Collaborate with other branch and district managers to set reasonable sales and/or retail goals.
• Team Leadership:
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and objectives clearly.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet set goals.
• Client Relationships:
  • Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Build a local network with hospitals, garages, and insurance companies.
• Branch Presence:
  • Increase branch footfall and presence in the assigned location.
• Customer Service Excellence:
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and set an example for other staff members.
