The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales, dealer and distributor management, and team leadership. This role is pivotal in driving business growth and ensuring the efficient operation of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Sales Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve branch targets. Manage and expand channel sales through dealers and distributors.
- Dealer and Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors. Ensure effective communication and coordination to drive sales performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Working Capital Management: Oversee working capital management to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency. Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet demand.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales plans to increase market share and achieve sales targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards. Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Branch Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales metrics, and market trends. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
