- Lead a 5-member team, demonstrating strong knowledge of Java and the Spring framework.
- Problem Solving:
- Possess strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in the development process.
- Guidance and Planning:
- Guide team members, participate in planning, and develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Client Interaction:
- Showcase effective client-facing skills to understand and meet client requirements.
- Software Life-cycle Management:
- Have a good understanding of software life-cycle management principles.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Core Java, JUnit, Spring Batch, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Delivery Excellence:
- Advocate for delivery excellence, minimizing delivery risks and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Test Driven Development (TDD):
- Engage in Test Driven Development (TDD) of banking services, ensuring robust and reliable solutions.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in the development process, ensuring seamless integration and testing.
- Continuous Development:
- Conduct continuous development and/or integration & testing to enhance the software application.
