Experience- 2-3 years in sales with 1 year of sales team managing experience

Qualification- Graduation/Post Graduation

Job Role

Managing a team of 5-7 sales executives/ associates o Responsible for sales targets of the reporting team.

Responsible for inputs adherence of team (call attempts, talk time, first response time, availability, attendance etc.).

Responsible for growth of team through constructive feedback by listening to call recordings, doing mock calls, identifying gaps & training needs.

Identifying ways and helping team to generate sales through unique customer communication, client engagement, offers etc.

Daily check-ins with team every 1-2 hours to identify any challenges/ bottlenecks.

Collaborating with Team Leader to strategize way forward for achieving weekly/ monthly targets.
