Job Title: Asset Integrity Consultant

Location:- India

Job Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Asset Integrity Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and reliability of our assets, including facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. The Asset Integrity Consultant will play a critical role in identifying risks, implementing preventive measures, and optimizing asset performance to enhance the overall reliability of our operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Asset Risk Assessment:
    • Conduct thorough assessments of assets to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
    • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure the integrity of assets throughout their lifecycle.
  2. Inspection and Monitoring:
    • Design and oversee inspection and monitoring programs for critical assets.
    • Utilize advanced inspection techniques and technologies to assess the condition of assets and detect potential issues.
  3. Integrity Management Plan:
    • Develop and maintain an Asset Integrity Management Plan (AIMP) aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  4. Root Cause Analysis:
    • Investigate and analyze the root causes of asset failures or deviations.
    • Recommend corrective actions and improvements to prevent recurrence.
  5. Performance Optimization:
    • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize asset performance.
    • Implement strategies to extend the life cycle of assets and enhance operational efficiency.
  6. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of asset integrity activities and findings.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Asset Integrity Consultant or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of asset integrity management principles, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., API, ASME).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Asset Management or related field.
  • Experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, or energy industry.
  • Familiarity with risk-based inspection (RBI) methodologies.
  • Knowledge of corrosion management and mitigation strategies.
