Job description
**Key Responsibilities :**
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned territory.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective relationship building and networking.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
– Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
– Manage and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
**Job Requirements :**
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in the housing finance industry.
– Strong knowledge of affordable housing, mortgage loans, housing loan, channel sales, direct sales, banking sales, LAP, home loans, marketing, business development, team management, and sales.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
– Familiarity with local market conditions and competitive landscape.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
