Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Expansion:
- Responsible for expanding franchise Preschools in the assigned territory in alignment with regional goals.
- Identify and validate locations for new franchise Preschools.
- Prospect Generation:
- Generate prospects through various on-ground field activities to increase franchise signups in the assigned territory.
- Business Presentation:
- Conduct business presentations and evaluate the potential of business partners for expansion.
- Revenue Generation:
- Responsible for revenue arising from franchise fee collection from new signups.
- Market Intelligence:
- Provide intelligence related to market changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Adherence to Procedures:
- Adhere to laid-down procedures and processes as per functional requirements.
- Reporting:
- Create reports following the guidelines and processes of the functions.
Qualification & Requisite:
- Postgraduate in Management (Operations/Sales) OR Graduate (BBA/BMS) with a minimum experience of 5+ years in franchisee/Sales/Institutional Sales.
- Understanding of geographic regions and willingness to travel extensively (at least eighteen to twenty days in a month).
