Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to join our team. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving franchise sales and expansion in the assigned territory. You will work closely with the sales team to identify potential franchise partners, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive franchise sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and approach potential franchise partners through various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential franchise partners.
- Provide support and guidance to franchise partners to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise sales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Ed-tech industry is preferred but not mandatory.
