Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Engineer Expert to join our team in Bangalore or Chennai. The ideal candidate should have 9-11 years of experience and possess expertise in Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper, and CCNA certification. The candidate should have hands-on experience in production network environments and extensive knowledge in Security, LAN, WAN, and Wireless networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper networking equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure solutions.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of network security and performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in networking and security.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on complex technical issues.

Requirements:

• 9-11 years of experience in technical service engineering roles.
• CCNA certification is required.
• Hands-on experience in production network environments with Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto platforms.
• Strong expertise in network operations, including Security, LAN, WAN, and Wireless networking.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco and Juniper networking stack.
• Experience with Palo Alto firewall models such as 3020, 3050, M-100, and 5250.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
