Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a skilled Sales Consultant (Inside Sales) to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales leads.
• Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities for business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
