Job description
Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes to ensure the recruitment of qualified candidates.
Develop, implement, and monitor overall HR policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the organization to ensure consistency and compliance.
Maintain daily attendance records, manually checking attendance registers, entering data into Excel sheets, and managing labor attendance.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, addressing issues related to PF, PT, Factory Act, Labour Welfare Fund, ER1, and ER2.
