Key Responsibilities:
- Budget Development:
- Collaborate with department heads to develop comprehensive annual budgets.
- Budget Monitoring:
- Monitor budget performance regularly and provide insightful variance analysis reports.
- Cost-saving Measures:
- Recommend adjustments and implement cost-saving measures to ensure financial targets are met.
- Dashboard Maintenance:
- Update and maintain various dashboards for business leadership, ensuring accurate and real-time financial data.
- Business Plans:
- Prepare and update business plans, aligning them with organizational goals and market trends.
- Collaborative Analysis:
- Work closely with multiple functional heads to gather information for business analysis and strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, taxation, and financial planning.
- Proven ability to collaborate with department heads and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
