Job Title: Area Manager – Noida

Key Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Expansion:
   • Responsible for expanding franchise Preschools in the assigned territory in alignment with regional goals.
   • Identify and validate locations for new franchise Preschools.
2. Prospect Generation:
   • Generate prospects through various on-ground field activities to increase franchise signups in the assigned territory.
3. Business Presentation:
   • Conduct business presentations and evaluate the potential of business partners for expansion.
4. Revenue Generation:
   • Responsible for revenue arising from franchise fee collection from new signups.
5. Market Intelligence:
   • Provide intelligence related to market changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
6. Adherence to Procedures:
   • Adhere to laid-down procedures and processes as per functional requirements.
7. Reporting:
   • Create reports following the guidelines and processes of the functions.

Qualification & Requisite:

• Postgraduate in Management (Operations/Sales) OR Graduate (BBA/BMS) with a minimum experience of 5+ years in franchisee/Sales/Institutional Sales.
• Understanding of geographic regions and willingness to travel extensively (at least eighteen to twenty days in a month).
