Key Skills-
Experience in Active Directory, Core AD / Wintel / Cluster and ADFS/DirSync.

Roles & Responsibilities-
· Take lead in escalations for Incident and Problem management in Wintel, cluster and VMware space. Provide Level 2 & 3 operational support and incident resolution for supported technologies.
· Active directory services 2003/2008 servers. Diagnostics & troubleshooting of ESXi server environment. Day-to-day management of the VMs including: Installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, patching, backup and recovery.

Work Experience: 5 years of Relevant work experience supporting Remote Infrastructure Management, Strong analytical and problem solving skills and experience on Managing RIM support consisting of following technologies: AD/Wintel. Microsoft Active Directory 2003/2008/2012 administration experience. Extensive knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.
