Basic Responsibilities
To cook different recipes as per the established quality and presentation standards\
Organizational Relationship:- · Reporting to the Executive Chef
Responsibilities:-
Assist the CDP in daily production schedule
Monitors kitchen equipment and reports issues to superiors
Measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings
Washes, chops, and cuts fruit, meat, and vegetable items
Should be versatile and capable of cooking with electric range, should be a quick learner and be innovative
Should follow recipes and be able to indent as per the requirements
Assist the Chef in the day to day responsibilities
Be able to handle outdoor operations
Should be willing to Multi Skill
Should be able to converse in English to meet and interact with guests in the absence of the Chef
Understand the norms of hygiene and cleanliness
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher certification in culinary arts preferred
- 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- Able to lift heavy items
- Able to work holidays and weekends
