Key Responsibilities:
1)Have to visit all the assigned territories personally to expand the network of Centres. Need to be open to travel for more than 15 days. 2) Franchise acquisition & Franchise Management 3) Identify Franchise opportunities and build long-lasting client relationships and Lead generations. 4 ) Responsible for New Business development in the region.
Qualification & Requisite:
1)Effective communication skills in English. 2)must be proficient in Speaking Regional languages. 3)Pitching and Presentation Skills 4) Client Relationship Management 5) Field Sales 6)Conversant with using MS Excel / PowerPoint / CRMs 7)Should be Target oriented and need to have a sense of ownership
8)Willingness to travel extensively
9)Should have strong understanding of geographical regions
