Job Responsibilities will include:
1. Ensures business processes, administration, and financial management.
2. Maintains accounting systems and processes such as AR, AP, Budgeting, etc.
3. Leads planning and forecasting activities to achieve business and company goals.
4. Review financial reports and Prepare financial forecasts.
5. Work closely with the department to improve essential finance KRA and KPIs.
6. Monitors financial details to ensure legal and statutory compliance.
7. Maintains Inspects and approves all Customer contracts of the company.
8. Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion,
compliance, and scaling of the business.
9. Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments
10. Revenue applications analyst: Ensure the prompt and accurate allocation of invoice payments to the
relevant departments, clients, and functions.
11. Audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in the accounting
12. Ability to provide cost Centre analysis and other reports as and when required.
. The Successful Applicant:-
* Candidate must possess a Professional degree (CA, CMA, or MBA) within 5 to 7 years. of relevant
experience.
* Team lead (Have led teams of at least 3-4 people in the past).
* Proficient user of finance software – Tally, Zoho, & QuickBooks.
*Knowledge of Finance and Accounting concepts, methodologies, and systems. (Cost Basis
Accounting, GAAP, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting),
Advanced MS Excel skills and MIS reports such as Financial modeling skills, SAAS reports, and
monthly Revenue forecasting.
