  • Conduct research to obtain missing information for incomplete documents.
  • Create digital documents from paper or dictation.
  • Review documents for accuracy and report any inconsistencies to the supervisor.
  • Capture and enter data into digital databases while ensuring regular backups.
  • Update and maintain databases, archives, and filing systems.
  • Monitor databases for errors, correcting inconsistencies where necessary.
  • Generate and export data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing.
