  • Gather, collate, and prepare documents, materials, and information for data entry.
  • Conduct research to obtain missing or incomplete information for documents and materials.
  • Create digital documents from paper records or dictation.
  • Review documents and information for accuracy, promptly notifying the supervisor of any discrepancies.
  • Input data into digital databases, ensuring regular backups are performed.
  • Update and maintain databases, archives, and filing systems.
  • Monitor and review databases to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
  • Generate and export data reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, printing, and monitoring office supplies.
