Job Overview:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gather, collate, and prepare documents, materials, and information for data entry.
- Conduct research to obtain missing or incomplete information for documents and materials.
- Create digital documents from paper records or dictation.
- Review documents and information for accuracy, promptly notifying the supervisor of any discrepancies.
- Input data into digital databases, ensuring regular backups are performed.
- Update and maintain databases, archives, and filing systems.
- Monitor and review databases to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
- Generate and export data reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, printing, and monitoring office supplies.
