Job Description / Role:
Are you an experienced Real Estate Agent based in the UAE looking for an exciting new challenge with a fun, innovative company? We are working with a forward-thinking company based in Dubai Marina, aiming to expand its real estate team while growing the success of its mortgage division. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals to join a dynamic, forward-looking business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Contact and engage with leads to generate business.
• Understand the specific needs and requirements of clients.
• Build and maintain a local network to facilitate property deals.
• Source available properties for viewings based on client requirements.
• Secure viewings and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Handle the negotiation process and provide guidance to clients.
• Advise clients throughout the process of drafting and finalizing the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding).

Working Hours:

• 4.5-day working week.
• Finish at 1 PM on Fridays!
