Job Title: Store Manager (Launch & Operations)
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the launch of our flagship store, including site selection, store layout, design, and setup, ensuring alignment with the brand’s image and guidelines.
2. Develop and implement store sales strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets and drive customer acquisition from the onset.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute a pre-launch and grand opening marketing plan, generating buzz and driving foot traffic to the store.
4. Hire, train, and manage store staff, fostering a team-oriented and customer-focused culture.
5. Oversee daily store operations post-launch, ensuring efficient management of staff, inventory, and resources.
6. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, providing regular reports to the management team with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
8. Maintain inventory levels and liaise with the supply chain team to ensure timely replenishment of products.
9. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
10. Work closely with the e-commerce team to create a seamless omnichannel experience for customers, including in-store pickup, returns, and customer support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in retail store management and launch, preferably in
the skincare or beauty industry. - Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully launching retail
stores from concept to completion. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and
developing high-performing retail teams. - Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual
merchandising, store performance analysis, and marketing. - Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive store growth.
- Familiarity with the skincare industry and trends, with a passion for delivering
exceptional customer experiences. - Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours, as required.
- Experience with omnichannel retail strategies and operations is a plus.
- Startup mindset, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
