Job Description:
We are seeking freelancers for simple data entry tasks, including updating spreadsheets and sending daily emails to companies. The primary focus will be ensuring accurate data entry and supporting general office tasks remotely. Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented and efficient.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Compare data with source documents and re-enter it in a verification format to detect and correct errors.
  • Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before entering it.
  • Maintain logbooks to track activities and completed work.
  • Review data for errors or deficiencies, correct inconsistencies, and check the final output.
  • Gather, collate, and prepare documents, materials, and information for data entry.
  • Conduct research to obtain information for incomplete documents.
  • Create digital documents from paper or dictation.
  • Review documents for accuracy and inform the supervisor of any discrepancies.
  • Capture data into digital databases and perform regular backups.
  • Update and maintain databases, archives, and filing systems.
  • Monitor and review databases for errors or inconsistencies, making corrections as necessary.
  • Generate and export data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, printing, and monitoring office supplies.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a fresher or have basic experience in data entry or back-office roles.
  • Proficient in using computers, spreadsheets, and email.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any field (B.Com, BA, BCA, 12th Pass (HSE), 10th Pass (SSC), Other Graduate, or Other Post Graduate).

Salary:

  • ₹12,000 to ₹14,000 per month (based on interview performance).

Job Type:

  • Part-time, Remote Work (Work from Home).

Hiring Process:

  • The hiring process may include an aptitude test, group discussion (if communication skills are required), a technical test, and face-to-face interviews.
