Job Role
-Managing a team of 5-7 sales executives/ associates o Responsible for sales targets of the reporting team.
-Responsible for inputs adherence of team (call attempts, talk time, first response time, availability, attendance etc.).
-Responsible for growth of team through constructive feedback by listening to call recordings, doing mock calls, identifying gaps & training needs.
-Identifying ways and helping team to generate sales through unique customer communication, client engagement, offers etc.
-Daily check-ins with team every 1-2 hours to identify any challenges/ bottlenecks.
-Collaborating with Team Leader to strategize way forward for achieving weekly/ monthly targets.
