Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced leader to drive Workplace Engineering and Architecture strategy and delivery supporting large scale adoption of automation, leverages AI techniques and supports a consistent approach for our teams across geographies. The role will be responsible for overseeing all service delivery aspects encompassing VDI, M365 and CAS[TK1] . Ensuring that the delivery meets customer needs, resource planning, staffinf needs, cost estimation, budget development, cost control and implementation of strategies to improve service delivery in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-design and implement a global Workplace Engineering and Architecture strategy aligned with overall organizational objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Workplace Engineering and Architecture services across regions.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and enhance market competitiveness within regional contexts.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess effectiveness, efficiency of delivery within Workplace Engineering & Architecture.
- Establish and oversee management reporting, reviews and change control processes.
- Drive standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement across all workplace-related capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and ensure consistent delivery approaches globally.
- Lead transformation initiatives as part of broader organizational change and innovation programs.
- Build, lead, and manage high-performing global teams across multiple locations.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, inclusivity, and employee engagement.
- Drive adoption and implementation of Agile practices across teams and functions.
- Support the development and evolution of career pathways, enabling skill enhancement and capability building.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies, including ESG principles.
- Own and manage P&L for Workplace Engineering and Architecture, ensuring delivery against budgets, forecasts, and targets.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solutioning, cost modeling, and proposal approvals.
- Continuously track industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in the IT industry, with significant leadership or management exposure.
- Strong understanding of workplace engineering, digital workplace solutions, and related industry trends.
- Proven experience in leading global teams and managing large-scale delivery environments.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, service delivery optimization, and transformation initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
- Certifications such as ITIL, Project Management, or related domains are preferred.
