Position: Senior Manager/Service Delivery Manager-Medical Coding
Location – Bangalore

Job Description:
·        Ensure adherence to external and internal quality and security standards (HIPPA / HITECH /ISO).
·        Timely intervention to improve quality.
·        Proficient in preparing Day-to-Day report, Week end report, month end report, coding profile Report, Daily quality report, and monthly quality report.
·        Manage the delivery of services and P&L
·        Production planning monthly, weekly and daily queue management, movement of resource on need basis.
·        Guide Operations on functional aspects of coding and endeavor to improve coding standards in the team and Manage high Customer Satisfaction Level
·        Taking actions based on feedback from Clients satisfaction survey
·        Reviewing the Trend on weekly basis and analyzing the reasons if there is any deviation
·        Closely work with the billing team for clearing the edits and addressing the denial accounts
·        Manage the overall performance management of the team

Job Specification:
·        Should have multi speciality coding experience with educational qualification of MBBS, BHMS, BAMS, BDS being mandatory.
·        Knowledge in CDI will be an added advantage
·        Medical coding certification through either AAPC or AHIMA: CPC/COC/CIC/CCS.
·        Strong understanding of healthcare principles and concepts.
·        Good at Process Documentation, creating SOPs & Process mapping.
·        Strong Client interaction and Management Skills.
·        Good Communication Skills, Analytical Skills and Interpersonal Skills
·        Strong background in diagnosis coding.
