Job Title: Key Account Manager (Sales & Recruitment)

Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients via social media platforms and professional networks, such as LinkedIn, to build relationships and explore business opportunities.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify potential clients, develop new business relationships, and maintain long-term partnerships with both existing and new clients.
- Requirement Understanding: Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand their staffing needs, recruitment goals, and other business objectives.
- Business Development: Work closely with management to set sales goals, plan strategies, and forecast revenue. Maintain a business development plan for both short-term and long-term objectives.
- Key Account Leadership: Lead and manage key client accounts, acting as the main point of escalation and providing high-level support to ensure smooth client engagement.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates, ensuring a high-quality recruitment experience underpinned by excellence in customer service.
- Client Retention & Nurturing: Focus on client retention by developing and nurturing existing relationships, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and recruitment within the staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of social media and professional networks, particularly LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and understand client needs.
- Leadership abilities to manage and escalate client issues when required.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain and execute business development plans.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence.
