Job Title: Visual Merchandiser

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monthly PJP (Planogram):
- Develop and execute monthly Planograms to ensure optimal store layout and visual presentation.
- Guidance to CVMs (Customer Visual Merchandisers):
- Provide guidance and support to Customer Visual Merchandisers in setting up stores according to established standards.
- Review CVM PJP and Weekly Reports:
- Evaluate and review Customer Visual Merchandisers’ Planograms (PJP) and weekly reports, sharing insights and recommendations with the VM Lead.
- Store Visits:
- Conduct daily visits to stores, with a particular focus on Mondays, ensuring adherence to visual merchandising standards and providing on-site support.
- Store Opening Support:
- Participate in store opening setups and new store opening video calls, submitting comprehensive status reports.
- Training Sessions:
- Conduct training sessions as needed to enhance the visual merchandising skills of store teams.
- State VM Store Reports:
- Prepare and share pre-and-post visual merchandising reports for stores within the state, presenting findings in a comprehensive PPT format.
- VM Asset Management:
- Collect VM asset requirements in Excel format, submit consolidated reports to the Head Office VM team, and maintain accurate and up-to-date data.
- Dispatch of VM Collaterals:
- Ensure the timely dispatch of visual merchandising collaterals to store teams, and collect acknowledgment reports to track deliveries.
