Install machines based on line orders and according to specific specifications
Acts on customer complaints
Processes routine checks at customers’ end
Implements preventive maintenance on all customer machines
Administrative Responsibilities – submits reports on all installation of new assets. Processes customer complaint action reports
Submits Customer’s maintenance reports Schedules for Preventive Maintenance of Assets
Submits reports on preventive maintenance processed
