We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Java Lead to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in Java development and be ready to lead a team of developers. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development team: Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
- Project management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and ensure that the team meets project goals and deadlines.
- Architecting solutions: Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Java-based applications and services.
- Code review and quality assurance: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshooting and debugging: Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Continuous improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve development processes and tools.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Java and related technologies
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
- Proficiency in frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, etc.
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
