HR Generalist – Manage company-wide HR programs and initiatives such as
organizational change, organization culture, retention and engagement
strategies, compensation & benefit, workforce planning, training &
development.
Talent Acquisition – Recruiting staff, which involves developing job
descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, use of
social channels such as LinkedIn to engage and source candidates,
checking applications, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and
selecting candidates.
Talent development– Managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle,
including but not limited to talent onboarding, retention, performance,
development, succession planning, change management, compensation and
benefits, and compliance and regulations. Identify and address the
learning and development needs of the workforce. Ensure continuous
supply, development, and retention of top talent across the board.
Employee Engagement – Manage and engage the Hybrid workforce and drive
productivity
Developing, enhancing, and implementing HR policies on working
conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures, attendance,
leave, etc., leveraging software tools such as Zoho People, Jira, MS
Teams etc.
On an ongoing basis, apply good knowledge of employment laws, statutory
compliances, and the latest developments in HR to resolve employee
issues quickly. Analyzing and reporting employee data, metrics, and
trends to identify gaps, address grievances/issues, and capitalize on
new opportunities.
