Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front-End Lead to join our dynamic development team. As a Front-End Lead, you will play a key role in setting technical direction, mentoring team members, and driving innovation in front-end technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance in front-end development.
- Set best practices and coding standards for the front-end team.
- Front-End Development:
- Lead the design and development of responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with back-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to project planning.
- Code Review and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Implement and enforce testing processes to maintain code quality.
- Mentorship:
- Mentor and coach front-end developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Share expertise in front-end technologies and trends with the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Front-End Developer with significant leadership responsibilities.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm).
- Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma) and UX/UI design principles.
- Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
