Roles and responsibility

· Design / Use Excel templates for collection of data from zone for the MEP, Sales hierarchy, constraints for each MEPs, stock allocation etc
. Design / Use Excel templates for collection of data from all the Shipping location in the country for MEP constraints (such as load clubbing, lanes, vehicles type’s, palletisation constraints etc.)
· Develop a database of all MEP related key information, which will help to take decision during the go live phase.
 · Understand the key levers for MEP – Primary sales and service level at each location and document them. Optimize the transportation costs using levers such as % one way, Lod ability
