Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in the shipping industry and possess excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor customer service metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Conduct training sessions for customer service staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the shipping industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of shipping operations and logistics processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
