Required Skills:

• Strong development experience using C++, C++ 11 & C++ 14
• Good experience in design phases using UML Diagrams & Design patterns
• Experience in unit testing using GTest
• Experience in Telematics/Automotive Domain
• Experience in Google Protobuf
• Debuggers: GDB
• Version control: GIT
• Automotive communication protocols: CAN/J1939
• Excellent communication skills

Good to Have:

• Experience in on-board debugging
• DevOps, Javascript, Rhapsody

Job Description:

• Understand the system requirements, discuss with the system team, and prepare software requirements.
• Analyze existing code from software requirements, create design, test plans, implement code changes, and test them.
• Review code done by the team, support the team in identifying the root cause of bugs, and review possible fixes.
• Analyze issues reported by various validation teams, identify the root cause, and propose various solutions.
• Active participation in daily standup meetings, customer meetings, and global customer meetings.
