We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with extensive experience in software sales to join our team in Mumbai, Chennai, or Pune. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, developing new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in the software and IT industry.
• Identify and qualify leads, prospect new clients, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of 15+ years in software sales, with a focus on enterprise solutions and services.
• Strong understanding of software products, IT services, and solution selling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
