JOB TITLE: Assistant MANAGER – QUALITY ASSURANCE
Ensure that the unit meets all hygiene standards specified by the airlines and other agencies.
Co-ordinate with the maintenance department for the upkeep of various equipment in the unit.
Responsible for pest control and extermination.
Analyze and action on various reports from the microbiologist.
Effective implementation of standard specifications in the Receiving department.
Planning of vendor audit schedule for vendor development.
Ensuring all foreign objects, microbial reports are prepared on timely basis.
Co-ordinate with purchase department for implementation of Vendor audits.
Reporting to the QA Manager.
To prepare a checklist for cleaning schedules with details on area and frequency of cleaning to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
Maintain previous Hygiene Audit Reports and rectify discrepancies, if any.
Ensure monitoring of the expenditure budget of all the cleaning supplies and chemicals.
Ensure all temperatures and processing records are maintained and monitor the same.
Monitor all Food, Water and Ice Cubes reports.
Monitor CCP and OPRP and carry out verification activities as per ISO standards.
Monitoring the swab tests of equipment, linen and food handlers.
Co-ordinate with HR regarding Medical checks reports.
Follow up with the Training Manager and the HR Manager for the training of the new entrants.
Liaison with site representative and monitor the ISO standards for practice in Mumbai Unit.
Monitoring and Carrying out vendor audit as per vendor audit schedule.
Ensure with purchase department on time bound performance of non- conformities as per the supplier audit report.
Ensure all raw materials are received as per purchase specifications and HACCP norms.
Ensure all raw materials are received as per receiving schedule.
