Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in UP West region for the Electrical Vehicle industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, dealer development, and managing OEM relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with dealers and OEM partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support sales initiatives and product launches.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record of 8+ years in sales management within the Electrical Vehicle industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in dealer network management and OEM relationship development.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for achieving results.
