Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Dot Net Developer Lead to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, team handling, and a passion for creating high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of .NET developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C#, .NET Core, and Angular.
• Implement and adhere to design patterns and best practices.
• Utilize multithreading concepts and OOPS principles to create efficient and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in .NET development.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and Angular.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, multithreading concepts, and OOPS principles.
• Proven experience in team handling and project management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
