Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Process Management (BPM) professional. This role involves managing consumer dispute and email operations processes, specifically addressing and resolving queries, requests, and complaints related to credit reports, scores, and personal disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within the consumer dispute and email operations process.
- Address and resolve consumer queries, requests, and complaints related to credit reports, scores, and personal disputes.
- Ensure all emails are responded to accurately and within the prescribed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and escalate potential escalations or sensitive issues for swift resolution.
- Utilize multiple applications to analyze complaints and prepare credit reports.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably within the financial services or consumer dispute resolution industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to credit reporting and consumer protection is a plus.
