Job Description :-

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:
    • Provide support to US-based customers via phone, email, and chat.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to jewellery products.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  2. Order Management:
    • Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.
    • Track and manage order status, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues that may arise.
    • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  3. Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
    • Provide support in managing sales pipelines and tracking sales metrics.
    • Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
  4. Product Knowledge:
    • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the jewellery products offered.
    • Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches.
  5. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, sales performance, and support activities.
    • Document customer feedback and provide insights for product and service improvements.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive customer support.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements and best practices.
    • Provide training and support to new team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the jewellery industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work night shifts to support US customers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
