Job Responsibilities/KRAs:

• Monthly variable payroll inputs preparation, checking and validation
• Processing of full & final settlement of Tech Crew
• Handling Tech Crew (Pilots) grievances related to payroll inputs
• Update & enhance the ‘Flight Operations Manpower Planning (FOMP)’ model for Flight Crew in a time bound manner
• Tabulate & analyse crew productivity, availability, and utilisation as part of the monthly dashboard
• Perform gap analysis (plan versus actual) and make insightful recommendations
• Liaison with IT to drive key automation projects related to the core objectives of the role
• Identify & participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the department
• Occasionally assist with ad hoc tasks / projects / reports as required from time to time
• Make strategic decision-making recommendations and directly work with FLT. OPS senior management
