Experience : 6+ years (BFSI and the investment domain)

Job Role:

• Build strategies to drive customer engagement and growth across acquisition, transaction activation and retention through multi-channel integrated campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Web personalization, etc.
• Regular reporting on progress against goals and relevant business metrics and consumer insights.

Expertise In:-

• Customer Lifecycle Marketing or Campaign Management or Customer Value Management
• Proficiency in Marketing Automation Technology (MoEngage, Amplitude, Netcore, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, etc. or similar.
