Role & Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruiter, you will be essential in driving our recruitment efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing Resumes: Carefully analyze and screen resumes to identify candidates that meet specific job requirements.
- Managing End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the complete recruitment process, ensuring alignment with client specifications and timelines.
- Sourcing Profiles: Utilize various platforms and strategies to source candidates with niche skills and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinating Interviews: Schedule and manage interviews and skills tests, coordinating between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conducting Interviews: Lead interviews, both in-person and virtually, to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
- Niche Skills Hiring: Specialize in recruiting for niche and hard-to-fill roles, ensuring that all candidates meet the specific skill requirements.
