Job Description :-

We are looking for a dedicated BPM professional to join our team in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for managing consumer dispute and email operations processes, ensuring timely resolution of consumer queries, complaints, and requests related to credit reports, scores, and personal disputes.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle consumer queries, requests, and complaints regarding credit reports, scores, and personal disputes.
  • Respond to emails accurately and within specified service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify potential escalations or sensitive issues and escalate them for prompt resolution.
  • Work with multiple applications to analyze complaints and prepare comprehensive credit reports.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and records of consumer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of consumer issues.
  • Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies while handling consumer information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 2-5 years in Business Process Management or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of consumer dispute resolution processes and email operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and applications used in consumer service operations.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
