Job Description :-

We are seeking an experienced and strategic AGM – Finance to join our team in Manesar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and driving financial strategy to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the finance team in day-to-day operations and strategic planning.
  • Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and financial health metrics.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Oversee tax planning, filings, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an AGM – Finance, Finance Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with experience in leading a finance team.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel.
  • MBA in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA/CPA qualification preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
